Nancy Hoffman shared these photos of her old garden in in Louisville , Kentucky . She ’s since move and is take up a newfangled garden in her fresh home , but she misses the one-time one very much ! Garden historiographer Mac Griswold once said , “ Gardening is the wearisome of the performing liberal arts , ” and it can be very sad to walk aside and see a garden performance have to finish . Luckily , photographs can help us remember garden performances that we ’ve roll in the hay , and it is always fun to be set off on a novel garden performance in a new distance !

I demand Nancy how she designed her garden , and she read she keeps it uncomplicated :

There really were n’t any designs or plans . I just piece plants I like and attempt to put tall in the back and short up front . The only problem was weeds !
