Creative gardening
My name is Monica Babwah . I go in New Port Richey , Florida , with my married man and four kid . I ’ve been meddling withlandscape designfor about four years , and I just do it the benefits it adds to your life-time and the citizenry around you . I started planting when my dad would call from Long Island , New York . It have him something to await at , and he said it made him feel good . He would sit in theshadeand admire thetreesand flowers while sipping from a loving cup of herb tea . I go out how proficient it made him finger , which made me want to proceed my journeying of a capture landscape . My father elapse off on May 30 , 2023 . In remembrance of my dear don , I keep planting !
I admire a landscape that shapes itself by nature with a little trimming to keep it under control . A variety of plant add such a nice touch to your one thousand . An accent of color give off that capricious feel . I stopped using mulch due to its laundry into the street and down my walkway . I added aground coverand slating to my design , and it looks wonderful . The priming cover keeps theweedsfrom farm in my flowerbeds , and the slate is too ponderous to wash aside .
Before

And after . I usedVeronicaprostrata(Zones 4–9 ) down the cement walkway . It ’s a ground cover that produce beautifulblue flowersthat love full Lord’s Day . I added black slate to give it that finish hint .
Beautiful summer Florida blooms
This was just a unmingled brick circle until I added some purple Mexican heather(Cupheahyssopifolia , zona 9–11 or as an annual ) . At maturity it attain about 1 to 2 feet marvellous . It is perfect to apply as a border or undercoat natural covering . I trim it a fiddling to keep the circular shape .

Evolvulus(Zones 9–11 or as an annual ) , known as Blue Daze , trace my paseo with brick from the 1800s that I buy for $ 50 . I cleaned and laid every brick , hoping one day one of my children would walk down them to marry the love of their life .
Why let old concrete go to waste when you may create a sustenance mosaic ? I added purslanes , ferns , andsucculents . It did n’t take much to capture the look that I want !
