Today ’s photograph are from Susan and Richard Wawrzynowicz in Chicago , Illinois . Susan says,“We are locate in the middle of the metropolis . We have lived here for about 14 years and after age of various room by room remodeling project , we decided on a serious garden makeover inspired by our visits to garden in Kyoto , Japan .
“ We hired a landscape architect and with his expertise and our dear of Kyoto garden , we make our own “ Asian tea garden . ” We used bamboo for two purposes : for a wall feature film and for defend climb hydrangeas and angelical autumn clematis . We also incorporate a Japanese maple , a Nipponese sedge , hostas , and a Hinoki false cypress ( not pictured ) .
“ The water feature article was also animate by our stumble to Kyoto . We incorporated a rain strand that circulates water into the stone piddle vessel , down to a source , and then up the bamboo and back to the vessel . doll love to sit on the bound for cool drink .
