Tephrocactus articulatusvar.diadematusis a uniquecactuswith slight erect stems composed of cylindrical segments that resemble pine conoid . It grows up to 12 column inch ( 30 cm ) tall . The prominent tubercules and clusters of silvery spines are spirally do along the fore segment . Some forms want spines .
