A small garden with a lot of beauty
Tom VonIns is sharing his garden with us today . Tom and his wife started working on making a garden here in 1985 . When they started it was mostly dirt with no landscape gardening whatsoever . As you ’ll see , they ’ve made a pretty amazingtransformation !
Thispondis really beautiful . The little falls sum up motion and the sound of running water supply . Low - raise perennialsline the edge , blot out the line of the pool liner , but they are low enough to not obscure the horizon of the piddle .
This is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the garden . The canvas provides ghost in red-hot weather , and the firepit can offer warmth in the cold .
Perennials and shrubs edge the lawn , softening the modulation to the privacy fence .
