Binge see garden shows!The British have some of the good gardening shows on TV and you may be able to watch over a few during the pandemic . My favorite isMonty Don ’s American Gardens . at times you’re able to grab an episode on Youtube , but if you have Netflix , it ’s usable there . Monty Don has a variety of garden series and they ’re all packed with information . Speaking of Youtube , you may learn a mint about gardening there , too . Many folk love theGarden Answer videos — there are hundreds . What I really wish about Laura , the innkeeper ,   is she is always clear about her geographical zone ( USDA Zone 5 ) and grow condition , so no one gets mixed sign about whether they could do the project she does . You could watch those videos for hour !

Do a garden undertaking . Now might be a right time to build a farm bed , turn a favorite garden photo into a wood - block print , paint a terra cotta pot , design a newfangled garden bed , orsend in your soil for a land test . How about making amosaic to display in the garden ?

houseclean up , clean out . Did you forget to houseclean your tools last fall ? No judgement . But maybe now is a good time to get that job done . Or , how about cleaning out your seed collection , the garden shed or service department or sieve through your tools and donating the unity you do n’t apply . Maybe the kids can avail with the sweeping up !

You should be able to get all of these for digital reader or audio downloads , too .

Try your mitt at botanical drawing . There are many video tutorial on botanical drawing off and being capable to sketch your garden would be a fun skill to have .
